Todd was here on time, went right to work and spent a few minutes when he was done telling me a few things I needed to know about the toilet he had worked on. Todd knows his stuff and is willing to share what he knows for the benefit of the customer.
I also know that Todd can call upon your other resources if he ever finds a problem extends beyond the range of his tools, skills and time because you have all the equipment and guys with the knowledge to fix anything that needs fixing. I'm sure you folks have faced every kind of problem there is to face and I'm sure have handled it well.
I will always think of Edward J. White, Inc. as the best there is and will not hesitate to tell anyone. I would warn them that the price may be a little higher than "Joe the Plumber" but you get what you pay for and with you they are getting the best.
I am submitting my payment for services rendered on 1/9/2012. Happily I might add. Problem is every time you come out to service my boiler, I have to sit down and write a letter complimenting you on your service, and the well trained technicians you send to perform this service.
I have had some emergencies, and some requested service. I think I have met at least three of your techs. All of them have been superior, and gave me more than I expected. Such is the case when Brian showed up on the 9th. He was new to me. He diagnosed the problem immediately without any fussing as to where the problem existed. Tools, drop cloth, materials and supplies where brought in promptly. He changed the thermocouple, and when finished, he, like all of your people you send, looked for other potential future problems that may create another emergency. He pointed it out, and with my OK was back early the next morning.
So accept my compliments once again. You guys are terrific. Would that we all could call and fix our sinful Spirit as quickly and efficiently as you all do. In His Grace, I appreciate you all.
Thank you so much for coming out so quickly to take care of a leaky ceiling pipe in the basement. Not only was the problem solved but we were able to leave for a weeks vacation that night with one less worry!
