Todd was here on time, went right to work and spent a few minutes when he was done telling me a few things I needed to know about the toilet he had worked on. Todd knows his stuff and is willing to share what he knows for the benefit of the customer. I also know that Todd can call upon your other resources if he ever finds a problem extends beyond the range of his tools, skills and time because you have all the equipment and guys with the knowledge to fix anything that needs fixing. I'm sure you folks have faced every kind of problem there is to face and I'm sure have handled it well.

I am submitting my payment for services rendered on 1/9/2012. Happily I might add. Problem is every time you come out to service my boiler, I have to sit down and write a letter complimenting you on your service, and the well trained technicians you send to perform this service.

I have had some emergencies, and some requested service. I think I have met at least three of your techs. All of them have been superior, and gave me more than I expected. Such is the case when Brian showed up on the 9th. He was new to me. He diagnosed the problem immediately without any fussing as to where the problem existed. Tools, drop cloth, materials and supplies where brought in promptly. He changed the thermocouple, and when finished, he, like all of your people you send, looked for other potential future problems that may create another emergency. He pointed it out, and with my OK was back early the next morning.

I wanted to drop you a line thanking you for the great service.

God works in mysterious ways!

Had my furnace blower motor not gone out on a Saturday (I Had the NIPSCO service plan, but they couldn't find anyone to respond) so I called you and as always you did respond. Your very competent service tech (Adam Smith) not only took care of my problems but also pointed out my furnace was 27 years old and had outived safe operating life. He pointed out that I needed more and better carbon monoxide detectors which I immediately did. He recommended I replace it and offered to get me a quote. Again, thank God I decided it was a good idea to replace it then. Making a long story short, when they pulled the old unit out, they pointed out three of the heat exchangers were cracked wide open. I had been having dizzy spells and off balance. I have a spinal condition which has those side effects so I just thought that's what it was. Well, I no longer have those issues. I was getting carbon monoxide poisoning. I and my family believe this incident saved my life. I thank your company for responding and Adam for being so convincing about carbon monoxide poisoning (the silent killer). Truly, T. Gyuriak Sr.

Dear Joe, Jack & Steve, We are extremely pleased with the plumbing work you just performed for us. You all are very skilled & knowledgeable, not to mention kind & courteus & highly professional. We are thrilled with the now excellent water pressure in our kitchen, that Jack could repaire our existing Grohe faucets (allowing us to return the new Moen ones we ordered) & also that our shower works so much better! We have no more water hammer at our dishwasher & are confident Steve has fixed our boiler problems. We really appreciate his upgrades & improved layout (moved pump, gauge location, fill line) - everything looks great! And his confidence that our boiler is in great condition was very reassuring to hear. I don't typically send notes when paying on invoice, but felt it important to let you know that your work is awesome & we feel so fortunate to have several long time issues resolved. Thanks again!
